The winning recipe for the It's So... holiday competition Wendy's own words:
Mix your It’s So Mango with natural yogurt, lighly whipped cream, grated fresh ginger and ground cardomon - spoon into glasses and chill then before serving sprinkle over some more It’s So Mango and lightly crushed pistashios. Mmmmm - I usually serve after an indian or even Thai dinner and it goes well as a 'sauce' with any drizzle cake. However when I do it I always make too much, so I have some for breakfast too!
